NAMMEX is an applied mycology company that specializes in the research, development and production of medicinal mushroom products for the health food, nutraceutical and nutritional supplement industry. Extracts
Mushroom extracts can be considered some of the first nutraceuticals - food concentrated into medicinal form. NAMMEX manufactures full spectrum extracts from carefully selected raw materials according to good manufacturing practices. This insures that our extracts have all the naturally occurring compounds in a similar ratio to the whole mushroom.
Whole Mushroom Products
Our cultivated mushrooms come from select genetic stock and are grown on standardized substrates using methods that produce the highest nutritional and medicinal qualities. Our reishi cultivars are genetically selected for maximum triterpene production. Whether you use them for food, tea, extraction or nutraceutical production, our whole mushroom powders are the finest raw materials available.
Pure Mycelium
Mushrooms are the "fruiting body" of a fine root-like network called mycelium, which is the actual fungal organism. Mycelium is capable of, and efficient at, producing medicinal compounds by itself, especially polysaccharides. Because of this, mycelia products are on the cutting edge of new product development. Our mycelia are grown in liquid culture, 100% pure, without extraneous grain fillers. |
