Agarikon Press, Olympia, 1983. 415 pp. A comprehensive and detailed guide to growing mushrooms at home or on a small commercial scale. Growth parameters for 12 different mushroom species as well as easy to follow instructions for making mushroom spawn with simple tools and equipment. Truly the best value and by some accounts still the best book on small-scale mushroom cultivation.
